Subject to the limitations and conditions below Arber Greenhouses Ltd. will at its’ own option, replace or offer a credit for the trees purchased that die and are returned before June 15 of the year following the purchase.  The dead tree plus the proof of purchase (warranty slip and receipt) must be returned.

Limitations and Conditions:

·         All trees must be properly planted with adequate moisture supply.

·         Trees and shrubs showing signs of mechanical, chemical, or drought damage are not guaranteed.

·         In all cases claims are limited to one replacement or credit on a particular item.

·         In all cases of warranty claims Arber Greenhouses Ltd. will be the sole and final determiner of the claim.

Customer may choose a 15% discount on trees and shrubs, and by doing so waives all rights to warranty on said trees and shrubs.
