Return Policy

An Arber Greenhouses Ltd. original receipt is required for all returns or exchange transactions.  All returns & exchanges must be in original and saleable condition, with tags.  We will gladly exchange or refund (non-living) merchandise within 10 days of purchase.  Items returned between 11-30 days will be given an in-store credit and can be used for any product that Arber sells.

Living plant material is considered Final Sale.

All Gift Cards, plant material and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
